We are delighted to be supporting six students at Bristol University and two at Newcastle University who are all studying medicine. Two more students will receive help from September 2024, bringing the total to ten. The Trust hopes to be able to help fund two new students each academic year. These are students who might otherwise be discouraged from studying medicine owing to their socio-economic backgrounds.
The students will also be offered a wonderful opportunity to carry out a placement at Raphael, the Ryder-Cheshire Centre near Dehra Dun, India.
